Ingredients

  • 12 pieces hash brown patties (2 oz/50 grams each)

Instructions

  • All you need is your air fryer and a bag of your favorite frozen hash brown patties. My hash browns were about 7 oz/50 grams each, and I could easily fit 6 in a single layer. You might want to use a bit of oil if your air fryer basket isn't nonstick, but I usually don't need it.
  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place the hash brown patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd the basket; you want the hot air to circulate freely around each patty for even cooking.
  • If desired, sprinkle some seasoning on the hash browns before serving. Some of my favorite seasonings are sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, or a bit of smoked paprika for extra flavor. Serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy.
  • Cook for 12-14 minutes, until they are crispy and golden on the outside.
