Breakfast just got a whole lot easier and quicker with air fryer frozen hash brown patties. Ready in just 12 minutes and needing minimal preparation, they are perfect for busy mornings, as a fuss-free side dish, or anytime you crave a quick bite.
All you need is your air fryer and a bag of your favorite frozen hash brown patties. My hash browns were about 7 oz/50 grams each, and I could easily fit 6 in a single layer. You might want to use a bit of oil if your air fryer basket isn't nonstick, but I usually don't need it.
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place the hash brown patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd the basket; you want the hot air to circulate freely around each patty for even cooking.
If desired, sprinkle some seasoning on the hash browns before serving. Some of my favorite seasonings are sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, or a bit of smoked paprika for extra flavor. Serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy.
Cook for 12-14 minutes, until they are crispy and golden on the outside.
