Dry the turkey with paper towels to remove extra moisture.
Place the olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and thyme in a bowl, and whisk until all combined.
Using a brush, season the turkey tenderloins generously with the mixture.
Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C), and arrange the tenderloins in the basket with some space around them.
Cook for 20- 25 minutes, turning once halfway through if you prefer. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. It should reach 165°F (74°C).
Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing so the juices stay inside.
