Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the honey and mustard together until well blended, then set aside.
Lay a strip of streaky bacon on a cutting board, wrap it around a cocktail sausage, and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Make sure they aren’t overcrowded to allow proper air circulation.
Repeat the process with the remaining bacon and sausages.
Air fry them for 6-7 minutes, then brush the honey mustard sauce all over the bacon-wrapped sausages.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dips and enjoy!

Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes.
For evenly cooked results, leave space between each piece in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
You can store the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
