Air Fryer Mini Pigs in a Blanket are a simple and crowd-pleasing snack made with mini cocktail sausages wrapped in streaky bacon.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 cocktail sausages
  • 10 streaky bacon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the honey and mustard together until well blended, then set aside.
  • Lay a strip of streaky bacon on a cutting board, wrap it around a cocktail sausage, and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Make sure they aren’t overcrowded to allow proper air circulation.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining bacon and sausages.
  • Air fry them for 6-7 minutes, then brush the honey mustard sauce all over the bacon-wrapped sausages.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are cooked through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dips and enjoy!

Notes

  • Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes.
  • For evenly cooked results, leave space between each piece in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • You can store the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
