Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Cocktail sausages – Choose your favorite mini sausages or cut standard chipolatas into smaller pieces.
  • Bacon – I prefer smoked streaky bacon strips, but you can use any type you like. If you’re using regular back bacon, be sure to cut it in half before wrapping it around the sausages.
  • Glaze – A simple glaze made with wholegrain mustard and runny honey. You can use English mustard or Dijon mustard and replace honey with maple syrup.
