Air fryer potato recipes: crispy roast potatoes, fries, wedges, hash browns, tater tots, twice baked potatoes and German potato pancakes, plus sweet potatoes cooked a few different ways. Potatoes are what the air fryer does best, with far less oil than roasting or frying and a crispier result than the oven. Most of these take 15 to 25 minutes and need only a little oil and salt.
